We conduct our Innovatings in person or virtually, depending on the size of the group and the topic, with one or two coaches. The modular structure of our Innovatings is optionally complemented by formats such as leadership circles, fireside chats, coaching and mentoring.

Complete the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP). Leaders, teams and employees gain additional clarity about personality traits, motives and competences. The LPP is used to analyse the current situation and in an advisory capacity to create new (team) goals, solutions and new behaviour.
